Emily Berninger is a DONA certified birth doula serving families in the Hudson Valley area. With a decade of experience as a social worker, seven years as an herbalist, and her own journey through motherhood, she brings compassion and authenticity to her role as a birth companion. Her holistic approach combines Spinning Babies techniques, lactation support, Hypnobirthing, and perinatal mental health. She draws on her clinical social work background to help families process their birth experience and navigate the transition to parenthood.
