Grace Morningstar is a Certified Birth Doula, Lactation Counselor, and Childbirth Educator offering holistic, personalized support through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She began her doula career in 2017 and experienced firsthand the transformative power of informed, compassionate support, including during her own VBAC. She offers Spinning Babies techniques, Mindful Birthing, and postpartum guidance. She supports families in hospitals, birth centers, and home births throughout Fairfield, Litchfield, and New Haven counties in CT, and Putnam and Westchester counties in NY.
