Juliet Antelmi is a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Havening Practitioner. Originally from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, her approach to birth, family, and living was shaped by her Caribbean roots, guided by the Jamaican motto 'Out of many, One.' She supports all cultures in her approach to birth and has been practicing meditation for over 25 years. Juliet is passionate about helping birthing parents connect with their innate strength through prenatal yoga, visualization, and mindfulness.
